1 · Pick a role
The connector is scoped to this role. Try owner or controller for the widest view, technician to see the row-level limits.

2 · Add it to your assistant
Custom connectors are set up in the desktop app (not mobile/web).
- Open Claude Desktop → profile picture → Settings → Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector and paste the URL from step 1.
- On the permission screen, choose Always allow to finish.
- Ask it something: "what's my open A/R over 60 days?" or "which techs are running overtime?"
ChatGPT and other MCP clients: add the same URL as a remote MCP server. The token is in the URL, so treat it like a password.
